All to often mobile phones these days are just a boring iteration of what has gone before. Slimmer this, thinner that, faster the other.
It's all very boring really, which is why the Moto X is actually a genuinely interesting smartphone to have a look at, as Motorola has included some really interesting and innovative ideas - such as Touchless Control, Active Display and Quick Capture Camera.
As you can see all three of Motorola's new features work well and despite a rather uninspiring design, limited processor and big price tag, the Moto X is a smartphone which stands out for all the right reasons.
