FULL TIME: Watford 0-3 Arsenal

Three minutes of time added on. Arsenal look satisfield with their work, I wouldn't expect much to happen.

Arsenal nearly have a fourth as Giroud absolutely batters a header towards goal from a corner but Gomes makes a good save.

Arsenal having their meeting with Bayern Munich on Tuesday and mind and seem happy to just pass it around. That's until Bellerin springs into gear, jinking past a couple of poor challenges before guiding the bal into Ramsey's path. He prods a shot on goal and it squirms under Gomes for Arsenal's third.

Goal! Watford 0-3 Arsenal (Aaron Ramsey)

Arsenal are cruising now. Off the bench to replace Theo Walcott, Giroud is picked out in the six yard area by a wonderful flicked cross from Ozil and the Frenchman hammers a tidy half volley into the roof of the net.

Prior to that, the Gunners were pinging the ball about beautifully. The goal was coming, and this game, as a contest, is over.

Goal! Watford 0-2 Arsenal (Olivier Giroud)

Arsenal have their breakthrough! But Watford are furious. Etienne Capoue feels he should have been given a penalty after charging into the box at one end and going down under pressure from Coquelin, but the referee waves play on and Arsenal counter. Cazorla and Ozil work a sublime one two on the edge of the box and the latter looks to be fouled just as he is about to pull the trigger. It's surely a penalty, but Sanchez is well placed to lift the ball into the back of the net and save the ref the trouble.

Goal! Watford 0-1 Arsenal (Alexis Sanchez)

Capoue knocks a ball over the top for Ighalo to chase and up against Mertesacker, you fancy his chances of winning . The Big German can't keep up and cuts the striker down to earn himself a yellow. Watford free kick.

Arsenal patiently probe around the Watford box with Sanchez eventually sliding a clever ball in for Ozil who has broken clear inside the left of the box. He drives the ball across goal but Gomis makes a decent save.

And we are back underway for the second half.

HALF TIME: Watford 0-0 Arsenal

A long ball over the top causes a pit of panic with Deeney and Mertesacker vying to get on the end of it. Cech comes rushing out of his goal however and boots it away at the second attempt, but Watford fans scream for hand ball. The ball looked to have bobbled off the goalkeeper's shoulder, but nothing more.

Bellerin drives down the right flank and tries to lay it on a plate for his opposite fullback Monreal who is bursting into the box on the other flank, but Watford just about clear in time.

Oh Ighalo. Watford continue to look dangerous and the Nigerian is sprung free down the inside right after a clipped ball over from Anya. But instead of slotting it across goal, he toe punts a woeful effort well wide. That was really, really bad. Ighalo claims he was shoved by Koscielny but there definitely wasn't enough to justify an attempt that bad.

What a chance for Ramsey! Ozil ventures down the left, looking inside for Sanchez who floats an absolutely perfect cross into the box for the Welshman, who can only scoop his effort over the bar. Brilliant from Sanchez again.

Koscileny is floored after running straight into the forearm of Ighalo. Looked completelty accidental, but it's a sore once nonetheless for the Frenchman.

Ighalo is found on the edge of the D, flicking the ball up before taking on the volley. It would have been some effort had he not smacked the volley well wide of the goal.

Watford are almost in again! A ball down the inside left channel is pounced upon by Deeney who has crept in behind the Gunners defence. He looks up and tries to square it to Ighalo who is umarked in the box but Koscielny gets there just in time to intercept.

Watford almost pick their way through down the right with Anya and Ighalo, with the former trying to shift the ball onto Deeney inside the six yard area. He gets too much on his pass however, making it difficult for the Watford striker and allowing Koscielny to get across and clear.

Coquelin is robbed of possession by Deeney who works the ball into his left before hammering one on goal. It;s a fine effort, but it is never going to beat Cech. Much better from Watford, however, first time they have come alive in these opening 12 minutes.

Terrific from Sanchez who drives in from the left before dropping a shoulder to sneak inside his man and unleash a vicious effort on goal. Similar enough to his wonderful goal against United, but Gomes is equal to this one, and makes a decent stop.

Arsenal are dominating possession at this stage of the game, as you can imagine. Watford are sitting very deep, inviting the Gunners on and have barely seen the ball so far.

And Arsenal get us underway.

Five minutes until kick off at Vicarage Road. Arsenal have dropped to fourth thanks to West Ham's 3-1 win over Crystal Palace this afternoon but can move back into second, level on points with Manchester United, with a win this evening.

Is that Arsenal's first choice 11? Looks very much like it. Arsene Wenger's concerns over Sanchez's fitness have passed and the Chile is fit to start after that hip problem suffered in the win over Manchester United.

BREAKING: Alexis Sanchez and Laurent Koscielny start after passing late fitness tests. Theo Walcott again leads the attack.

TEAM NEWS - Watford: Ikechi Anya, Valon Behrami and Allan Nyom all sat out the international break to recover from their injuries but this evening's game is likely to come too soon for them. They join Jose Manuel Jurado, Joel Ekstrand and Tommie Hoban on the absentee list.

TEAM NEWS - Arsenal: Despite a niggling injury, Alexis Sanchez featured twice for Chile during the international break. The hip problem suffered in the 3-0 win over Manchester United could rule him out of tonight's game, with both he and Laurent Koscielny facing late fitness tests. The centre half has not played since the 3-2 Champions League defeat to Olympiakos.

Wenger told a press conference on Thursday: "The only thing today is Koscielny has a definite test to see if he is available or not. I am not [comfortable that Sanchez played against Brazil and Peru] but there is not a lot I can do about it. He came off as you saw against Manchester United with a hip problem, a rotator muscle, and he wants to go.

"I have to check him. he played in the last two games, we have to see when he comes back but of course it is always a tricky situation that. They play official qualifiers of the World Cup and he is an important player for them and you know that they will use him if he can. He is a guy who wants always to play so I knew that it cold be a tricky situation for us."
