Wreath
The World's most expensive christmas wreath has gone on sale at Luxury launches website VeryFirstTo.

Want to make sure your home is the talk of the town this Christmas? Adding the world's most expensive wreath to your decorations is bound to do just that.

Luxury online retailer, VeryFirstTo, is offering the wreath, which is studded with over 40 diamonds and rubies for a staggering £2,835,000.

It is made up of some of the most luxurious flowers and leaves in the world such as Helleborus, blue Hedera berries and Blueberry stems.

The 60cm wreath was created by Finnish floral designer, Pasi Jokinen-Carte, who has made floral arrangements for celebrities and royalty.

"I am passionate about my craft and this recent invitation to create an exclusive wreath, using natural materials and diamonds, has been an exciting and exceptional project," Jokinen-Carter said.

For their millions, potential buyers will get 16 rubies and 32 diamonds, totalling over 138 carats. Amongst the stunning gems are a vivid red 17.49 carat ruby and a 3.03 carat fancy yellow diamond.

The stones for the wreath were provided by 77 Diamonds and can be removed for safe keeping.

Tobias Kormind, co-owner of 77 Diamonds said: "It is exhilarating to participate in curating a selection of gems that would create the most sparkling Christmas anyone could wish for; plus a very worthwhile investment for the future."

The wreath joins other luxury items including Frederique Constant's Heart Beat Watch (£3,495), Gucci's newly launched logo canvas holdall with leather top handles (£910), which are also available on the retailer's site.

A donation of £1,000 from the sale of the wreath will be made to the Prince's Trust.
