British soul/pop singer Adele, after starting 2012 with a bang, has reportedly been offered a whopping £1million to endorse a dating site, known as "www.thebigandthebeautiful.com," for overweight women.

Whitney Thompson, 2008 winner of America's Next Top Model and also the site's president, says that she is looking forward to working with Adele.

"Adele is a ridiculously talented bombshell. I would be proud to work alongside her to continue to show the world what curvy girls are made of," The Sun quoted 24-year-old Thompson as saying.

Although Adele is herself in a relationship with boyfriend Simon Konecki, she claims that earlier, when she was single, she had signed up to a dating site called "eHarmony" to find a decent guy, without much success.

"I just signed up for eHarmony. I can't put a photo of myself, so I don't get any emails!" The Mirror quoted the 23-year-old singer as saying.

Also, earlier, according to the Daily Mail, fashion guru Karl Lagerfeld had reportedly called Adele "too fat."

However, later, the 78-year-old fashion expert made a public apology to the six Grammys and two Brits Award winning singer saying that his comments were misinterpreted.

So this maybe the perfect opportunity for Adele to show Lagerfeld that her figure is worth a million pounds.
