Amber Heard was spotted arriving at LAX Airport on August 31 (Wednesday) in Los Angeles, following her messy divorce settlement with Pirates Of The Carribean star Johnny Depp.

According to a report in Just Jared, Heard was returning from London where she is prepping to film her upcoming Warner Bros' movie Justice League. Heard will play superhero Mera, alongside Ben Affleck's Batman, Henry Cavill's Superman, Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman and many others.

The actress sported an all-black attire, as she paired her dark denim with black tank top and a jacket in a similar hue. While she let her blonde locks loose, she accessorised her looks with black shades and a fancy hat.

Previously, Amber's legal team called out Depp for sending her divorce settlement money directly to the ACLU and the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles for tax reductions. The actor is not paying the full $7m (£5.3m) from the settlement because he would be getting a charitable tax deduction, they said.

A legal member of Amber's team said in a statement, "Amber Heard appreciates Johnny Depp's novel interest in supporting two of her favourite charities, the ACLU for domestic violence and the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. This is great and unexpected news."

He further explained, "If Johnny wishes to change the settlement agreement, we must insist that he honour the full amount by donating $14M to charity, which after accounting for his tax deduction, is equal to his $7M payment obligation to Amber. We would also insist that the full amount be paid immediately and not drawn out over many years. Anything less would be a transparent attempt by Johnny's counsel, Laura Wasser and Patti Glaser, to reduce their client's true payment by half under the guise of newfound concern for charities that he has never previously supported."

The couple had been married for 15 months before the Magic Mike XXL actress filed for divorce in May.
