Arda Turan's agent Ahmet Bulut has revealed that the Atletico Madrid playmaker has received an offer to play in the Premier League next season, with Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal reportedly interested in acquiring his services.

Atletico signed Turan from Galatasaray in the summer of 2011 for around £10m and the Turkish international has excelled in La Liga since then.

According to reports, David Moyes, Arsene Wenger and Brendan Rodgers have been encouraged by his impressive form and his agent revealed that one of them has already made an offer for his client.

"We have received an offer from an English club. We will see. Arda is playing at a big club with big goals and wants to be a part of their success," Bulut was quoted as saying by Mundo Deportivo.

"There are two sides to every transfer, the player and the club, it's up to both to decide."

Turan has starred for Atletico over the last three seasons, thriving alongside Koke in the playmaker position and helping his side to re-establish its prestige in La Liga, where they are currently fighting for the title with Barcelona and Real Madrid.

This season, the 27-year-old attacking midfielder has scored three goals and grabbed three assists and just last weekend provided a man of the match display in the Madrid derby, providing Koke's assist in a 2-2 draw.

United are planning a huge overhaul next summer while Liverpool and Arsenal have been linked with a playmaker like Turan recently after Wenger failed to sign Julian Draxler in January and Rodgers was unable complete a deal for Yevhen Konoplyanka.

The problem for the Premier League giants is that Turan recently renewed his contract with Atletico Madrid until the summer of 2017 and it is unlikely that his club will listen to an offer below his £36m release clause.
