Neda was killed in Saturday during protests against the re-election of President Ahmadinejad. She was allegedly shot in the heart by a Basij militiaman, while attending the demonstration with her father.
According to the Associated Press, the powerful Revolutionary Guards in Iran have issued a threat to people considering further protests on their website.
The site warns protestors to "be prepared for a resolution and revolutionary confrontation with the Guards, Basij and other security forces and disciplinary forces."
All mosques in Tehran have been banned from holding memorial services for Neda.
