President Obama Sings the Blues With B.B King and Mick Jagger

President Obama has showed off his vocals once again after performing a short duet with musical heavyweights including Mick Jagger, B.B. King, at a blues gig held at the White House.

The US president just could not say no when he was handed the microphone by legendary rocker Mick Jagger at the concert and was soon belting out the blues with the performers.

The impromptu performance saw Obama jammed on a verse of the blues classic Sweet Home Chicago much to the approval of a cheering crowd.

He could be heard wailing "Come on. Baby don't you want to go?" twice before cueing BB King to take on the next part of the windy city classic and then finishing it off with "Sweet Home Chicago!"

His latest performance follows his singing debut with Al Green last month when he crooned the opening lines of Al Green's "Let's Stay Together" at a campaign fundraiser.

The star-studded concert which was in honour of Black history month took place in The East Room of the White house and was attended by blues all-stars of the past, present and future.
