The Grammy Museum has unveiled an exhibition to celebrate the late pop star's career.
An exhibition dedicated to Whitney Houston's life and legacy has been unveiled at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles.
The display, entitled Whitney! Celebrating the Musical Legacy of Whitney Houston, pays homage to the award-winning singer and actress, and gives fans glimpses into her personal life and career.
It features stage costumes, Grammy awards, film scripts, and personal memorabilia.
Scheduled to run until February 2013, the exhibition also displays photographs, footage from the Houston family's private collection and a private letter from legendary music producer Clive Davis.
Houston's sister-in-law and former manager, Pat Houston, told reporters at the grand opening: "We have picked the things that people will find the most interesting and, in many cases, bring back fun memories.

Houston's other sister-in-law, Donna, and brother Gary were also present at the unveiling.
The star of 1992 film The Bodyguard, and the voice behind successful albums such as Greatest Love of All, Houston was found dead in a Beverly Hills hotel room on 11 February, after drowning in a bathtub.
Heart disease and cocaine use were cited as contributing factors to her death.
