After the Galaxy S2 it is the turn of Samsung's first generation Galaxy Note to receive the Jelly Bean software upgrade.
The South Korean tech major has begun rolling out the Android 4.1.2 update for the international version of Galaxy Note (model number-N7000) which was first shipped with Gingerbread and was later updated to Ice Cream Sandwich.

Samsung is releasing the update in phases and therefore it may not be available now for users from other countries or network providers, notes Sammobile. At present the update is available in a couple of Asian countries including Hong Kong and Taiwan. However, it is expected to reach other parts of the world soon.
As far as the new Jelly Bean features are concerned, Samsung has changed the old User Interface (UI) and brought in a new Nature UX Interface for the Galaxy Note. This UI is similar to that of the Galaxy S3 and Galaxy S3 Mini. Samsung has also added several features carried over from the second generation Galaxy Note in the update for the Note.

These are similar features which the Galaxy S2 received through the Android 4.1.2 update. Galaxy Note users can update their devices via Over-The-Air (OTA) or through Samsung KIES.
