Braless Lady Gaga suffers embarrassing wardrobe malfunction in see-through bodysuit

In a bid to impress fans, Lady Gaga opted for an extremely risqué outfit as she kicked off her Joanne World Tour in Vancouver. Dressed in a black fishnet bodysuit, the pop star undoubtedly turned heads when she took to the stage for a jam-packed show.

But little did Lady Gaga – real name Stefani Germanotta – anticipate that she would end up revealing more than she intended to while going braless in the sexy costume.

In keeping with the prominent symbols of Canada – where she opened her show – Gaga's outfit featured maple leaf designs that were strategically placed to cover her modesty.

Regardless, the Poker Face hitmaker offered a generous flash of skin in her see-through mesh bodysuit.

However, it was not the American star's eye-popping display of cleavage that caused a commotion, rather her white-coloured underwear that made a peek-a-boo in an embarrassing fashion.

Instead of going commando for the opening night, it seems like Gaga chose to hide her modesty in a white string thong.

Unfortunately, the revealing bodysuit could do little to cover the songstress' lingerie, thus giving fans a sneak peek in what appears to be a major fashion gaffe.

Gaga, however, remained unfazed by the accidental flash and went on to woo her Canadian fans at the Rogers Arena with a hit-packed 22-track setlist. Apart from the usual renditions, the 31-year-old songstress completed her performance with a live debut of her track Dancin' In Circles and a tribute to the LGBTQ community.

The singer's epic production has received raving reviews on social media, with one writing: "Congratulations @LadyGaga on the opening night of your #JoanneWorldTour! The hashtag trended on Twitter worldwide throughout the show!"
