Former Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle has announced she is expecting her first child.
The 28-year-old singer, who would be the first member of the girl group to have a child, revealed her baby news to fans on her Instagram page.
Sharing a sepia picture of herself looking surprised, the Northern Irish star wrote: "I am having a baby. Xx"
Although she has not given away the identity of the child's father, it is believed to be her ex-fiancé, American footballer Jason Bell, who she reportedly reunited with in March.
The couple dated for three years before announcing that their one-year engagement had ended in June 2011.
Following their split Coyle tweeted: "A few weeks ago Jason and I broke up. We are great friends and decided we are better this way. I'm in NYC working & I love all your support."
During the break in their relationship, the singer began dated club promoter Waz Ashayer who she met at V Festival in 2012. The pair were reportedly still together in early 2013.
The Something New singer's pregnancy news comes just weeks after she admitted that she had had a wild few months.
On 4 August, she tweeted: "Haaai, I have had the wildest few months. No joke, since the end of the GA tour, wild I tell you, WILD! Loads of luv.. Xxx."
Girls Aloud found fame on reality singing show Popstars: The Rivals in 2002.
The band - with Cheryl Cole, Kimberley Walsh, Sarah Harding and Nicola Roberts - recently reunited for a 10-year celebration tour but split after their final concert in March.
