Guantanamo Judge Rules 9/11 Suspect Should be Tried with Others
A military judge ruled on Wednesday (August 13) that one of the men accused of plotting the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the United States must at least temporarily re-join the other four defendants in a single trial despite concerns about his mental health. James Harrington, the defence attorney for Ramzi Bin al-shibh, called his case "a very difficult issue" that demands a separate trial.
