Hannibal season 3
The second half of season 3 of Hannibal will focus on the serial killer Red Dragon NBC

Hannibal season 3 will finally reveal the furious look of serial killer Francis Dolarhyde as the Red Dragon.

The latest ruthless killer of the cancelled series by NBC, is hugely controlled by William Blake's painting prompting him to unleash his darkest side upon his victims.

While talking about his character's transition, Richard Armitage explained Dolarhyde's intense 'Beast from the Sea' transformation that follows his inner voice.

"In Bryan [Fuller's] creation we do see Dolarhyde transform into the dragon," Armitage says and explains the voices inside his character's head during the Hannibal postmortem session.

"We experimented with a dragon suit and there will be some digital work put on it, but it's very symbolic of Blake painting...It starts with the painting on his back that he has tattooed in full on his back which starts to move. In a way it's like he's shedding his own skin and he literally does transform into something else."

In the upcoming episode, Will Graham will plan his next move in order to catch the bloodthirsty serial killer on the loose.

The official synopsis of episode 11 Beast From The Sea reads:

Will Graham (Hugh Dancy) and Jack Crawford (Laurence Fishburne) are certain that Francis Dolarhyde (guest star Richard Armitage) will strike again with the approaching full moon, but without a solid lead, they remain unable to predict the next family on the Red Dragon's hit list. Certain that Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen) can lead the FBI to Dolarhyde, Alana Bloom (Caroline Dhavernas) offers HANNIBAL a chance at redemption. Meanwhile, Dolarhyde struggles with his feelings about the one good thing that remains in his life-his coworker Reba (guest star Rutina Wesley).

Hannibal season 3 airs every Saturday on NBC network.
