Irina Shayk has already regained her model figure just four months after giving birth to a baby girl. The 31-year-old Russian model stunned fans by posing nude and showing off her toned body on Instagram.

The image is part of a Vogue Spain photo shoot, where Shayk is seen wearing nothing but a huge black hat and concealing her modesty with her hands. She captioned the post saying, "@mariotestino @voguespain"

Shayk, who welcomed daughter Lea De Seine with boyfriend Bradley Cooper in March, was praised by fans for her daring photo shoot. A fan commented, "wooow your beautiful," while another called her a "Hot mama".

Shayk and Cooper have been dating since the spring of 2015 and their romance is going strong. A source told E Online back in June, "Irina and the baby are doing wonderful. She has her mom in town since the baby was born helping her out."

The source continued, "Bradley is in touch with Irina numerous times a day. It's hard for him to be apart from his new baby when he has to work. They FaceTime all the time when Bradley can't be there and working his crazy hours."

The source revealed the couple are more in love after the birth of their daughter. "Bradley and Irina as a couple are doing really good and have gotten even closer since the baby was born. More kids would likely be in the future. They are in love with Lea."
