Kelly Osbournehas warned of the dangers of getting permanent tattoos.

The Fashion Police host, who has undergone her third tattoo removal session has said it is a painful process that could be avoided with a little forethought.

"As humans we fill our conscience with clichés to selfishly justify the ridiculous things we do in life... Such as getting stupid tattoos," said the 29-year-old.

"I have now undergone my third laser tattoo removal. All day I have found myself saying 'no pain no gain' or 'pain is beauty!' however the bigger lesson I have taken away from this horrendously painful experience is THINK BEFORE YOU INK!...

"Furthermore think before you make ANY permanent decision because its ok to change your mind before its too late!(sic)"

Osbourne first revealed that she wanted to remove some of her tattoos in 2010, including a tattoo of her brother's name Jack and a wings design inked on her shoulder blades.

The star, who is adopting a more sophisticated look, has recently had treatment to remove the tattoos on her arms.
