After winning double gold in both the 10,000m and 5,000m men's final Mo Farah has become an Olympic legend.

The Somalia-born British athlete showed remarkable physical and mental strength to secure his place in history and his ecstatic expression as he won his second gold will go down as one of the most iconic images of the 2012 Games.

But as Mo-mania continues to sweep the country, one fan has chosen a more unusual way to celebrates his hero's achievements.

Graphic designer Luke Harvey has created a picture blog to pay tribute to the Team GB icon.

With the help of Photoshop, Harvey has depicted Farah, 29, running away from the likes of the Teletubbies and Batman and Robin.

The moment the long-distance runner crossed the 5000m finish line with his arms rasied in disbelief and an astonished expression etched on his face is used in the hilarious snaps.

The Tumblr site, which Harvey describes as his tribute to a "true Olympic legend", has gone viral with more than a million views.

According to the 21-year-old graduate, it just started as a joke after him and pal watched slow motion footage of Farah crossing the finish line.

"We were laughing and saying you could put some cracking pictures behind it," he told Mail online.

"I'd like to think he would see the funny side - the whole aim of it was as a tribute to him.

"When he won the 5,000 metres it was just amazing."
