Ben Botica, Rugby union fly half for English Premiership club Harlequins, revealed how he has on the road to recovery since he was hit by a shoulder injury last month.

The Quins has since signed South African fly-half Tim Swiel from Sharks until February, to temporarily replace him while he recovers, but Botica has insisted that physio rehab is going swimmingly and he'll be back on the pitch after the New Year.

Speaking to IBTimes UK exclusively at the IG Rugby Kick Challenge, Botica also gave us quick glimpse into how physio is going, how he has settled into London after two years at the Quins, and what he plans to do over Christmas.
