London Overground fire causes shutdown of lines at crucial juncture
A fire near the tracks of the London Overground at Surrey Quays in South London has suspended the service at a crucial juncture during rush hour.
Transport for London reports there is no service between the Highbury & Islington and New Cross/Clapham Junction/Crystal Palace and West Croydon legs of the line.
Surrey Quays acts as a pivot point between all three legs of the trip.
