A leaked image of Manchester United's rumoured new home shirt for the 2015/16 season has emerged on social media.

United's £750m deal with Adidas, signed last year, sparked nostalgic memories of the club's offerings throughout the 1980s and early 1990s.

While there is has been nothing to suggest that Adidas and United have finally settled on this design, the first images to emerge suggest that it is under consideration.

There's an awful lot going on across the front of the shirt, however, and Twitter has responded in kind with some early reviews of the leaked jersey.
