Manchester United travel to Real Sociedad for tonight's Champions League match, knowing that victory would be a huge step towards making the knockout stages. Defenders Jonny Evans and Rafael and midfielder Tom Cleverley were all injured in Saturday's 3-1 win over Fulham, though Cleverley will travel with the squad to San Sebastian. Despite this manager David Moyes insisted the current United squad has enough strength in depth to cope.

"We don't have a lot of injuries. I think this is the best Manchester we have had for a long time. But we did pick up three on Saturday, which is very rare at one time to have three injuries, especially at half time."

United, who top the group with seven points, are unbeaten in seven games and face a Sociedad side yet to pick up a point in Europe this year. But Sociedad are unbeaten in the three games they have played since they lost 1-0 at Old Trafford two weeks ago.
