Transformers star Megan Fox has revealed she had to remove bread from her diet after the birth of her second child five months ago to get back to her pre-baby weight.

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles star has bounced back into shape after giving birth to her second child Bodhi five months ago, but she admitted that getting her pre-baby figure back was a lot harder this time around.

Speaking to E! News, the 28-year-old star said: "Well, let me tell you, the first time I didn't do anything, I was just lucky and I was younger, and then the second time it wasn't coming off the same way and I had to eliminate bread from my diet. It's typical but I'm on that high-protein, low-carbohydrate, very low-sugar diet."

"It's kind of awful but it's what I'm doing," she added.

She also opened up about being pregnant while shooting the Nickelodeon movie.

"You're kind of fragile in the first trimester," said Fox, who also has a two-year-old son named Noah with husband Brian Austin Green.

"You have to watch the heat that you're exposed to and you're supposed to sleep extra. There's no time or room for that when you're filming a movie, so it's a little stressful," she added.

Meanwhile, the brunette beauty believes that her sons will grow up to "hate" her because she doesn't want them to date until they are much older.

She said recently: "My kids aren't going to go to dances where they're next to girls. Are you kidding me? No girls! Not until they're 25 or something. I'm going to try and keep them in the house - they're going to hate me!"
