Rapper Big Sean and Glee actress Naya Rivera have split.

American actress and singer Naya Rivera and rapper Big Sean have called off their engagement.

A spokesperson for Big Sean confirmed the news to Us Weekly.

"After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off," the statement read.

"The recent rumors and accusations reported by so called or fake sources are simply untrue. Sean wishes Naya nothing but the best and it is still his hope that they can continue to work through their issues privately. We will not be commenting again on this matter."

Just after the split news broke out, Rivera accused Big Sean of stealing from her.

Rivera reportedly wrote in a now-deleted tweet, "@bigsean stealing rolexes from a lady's house now. Maybe cuz I'm on Glee and making more money or something. #trifling."

The 27-year-old, who is best known for playing Santana Lopez in musical comedy-drama television series Glee, and Big Sean first connected on Twitter last year, and announced that they are engaged in October -- just six months after going public with their romance.

Meanwhile, Star magazine claimed Rivera ended the engagement after discovering Big Sean was cheating on her.

A source told the publication he got cold feet and "it was too much, too fast for him."

"Sean did not cheat on Naya and the allegations are 100% false and untrue," another source told Us Weekly.

Big Sean was previously in a long-term relationship with high school sweetheart Ashley Marie.

Rivera has been linked to stars including Douglas Booth, as well as her Glee co-stars Mark Salling and Kevin McHale.
