With regards to the hardware features of the sequel to the Note 3, the Galaxy Note 4 is likely to sport a 5.7in Quad HD display with resolution at 2560 x 1440 pixels. We might get to see two variants of the handsets in terms of processor, one with Exynos 5433, the same processor that will power the Galaxy Alpha, and another one to have Snapdragon 805 with 3GB RAM.

There will be a 16 megapixel rear snapper with Sony IMX240 sensor and optical image stabilisation. The Note 4 has been rumoured to feature an ultraviolet sensor and use software version Android 4.4.4 KitKat. Along with the flat OLED display, there might be a curved OLED variant of the Galaxy Note 4.
