Aliens land on New Oxford Street, LondonPepsi Max UK/YouTube
London commuters at a New Oxford Street bus stop last week were attacked by aliens, tigers and a giant squid emerging from the sewers, as part of a promotional gimmick for Pepsi Max.
Engineers rigged the "Unbelievable Bus Shelter" with hidden cameras and installed a giant TV screen to give the illusion of a clear glass wall.
Then, using augmented reality-like tricks, a series of incredible occurrences, including UFOs, an escaped tiger and an exploding rocket were shown on the screen, making it look like it was really happening, just outside the bus shelter.
