True Detective season 2 is yet to get a premiere date but the upcoming series by HBO is grabbing all the headlines for its unique casting news.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the popular series is casting two female porn stars Amia Miley and Peta Jensen to film an explicit sex scene in the thriller.

Miley and Jensen are reportedly hired for a racy orgy sequence involving dozens of naked people for the second season of the crime drama.

Colin Farrell and Rachel McAdams, the latest addition to the series, will also be present during the filming of the x-rated sex scene.

Though HBO bosses are yet to confirm the porn addition to the fan favourite show, it is rumoured that the scene has already been shot recently at a mansion in Pasadena, California.

The report also confirms that the adult actresses will act as extras along with other men and women who are willing to shed their clothes for the Emmy Award winning show.

According to a recent plot leak, the next season of True Detective will follow the death of Ben Caspar who has a penchant for rough sex and may have been involved in the occult.

The corrupt city manager's badly bruised body will be discovered on a lonely stretch of the Pacific Coast Highway with satanic symbols etched on his chest.

The report of the sex scene involving the porn actresses coincided with the leaked plot but it remains to be seen how much of the rumours are true and what McAdams and Farrell were doing at the scene of the orgy.

Do they have a role to play in the scene or will they both play investigators who will bust the rough sex party?

True Detective season 2 will have Colin Farrell as Ray Velcoro, Vince Vaughn as Frank Semyon and Rachel McAdams as Ani Bezzerides.

All the episodes of the second series are written by show creator Nic Pizzolatto and is expected to premiere this summer.
