Update Galaxy Ace GT-S5830 to Android 4.4.2 KitKat with CyanogenMod 11 ROM [GUIDE]
Galaxy Ace S5830 gets new KitKat features via stable build of Android 4.4.2 CyanogenMod 11 ROM

The Galaxy Ace GT-S5830 is among the few lucky Jelly Bean devices to receive latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat update, thanks to the release of CyanogenMod 11 (CM11) ROM by XDA Recognised Contributor, Mardon.

The CM11 ROM is based on the original Android Open Source Project (AOSP), which is designed to deliver enhanced performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

The modded CM11 ROM works without installing Google Apps, as it is sourced from a different Android project that restores stock apps from Google.
