The official synopsis of the episode reads as follows:

When Lena's half-brother Nate (guest star Travis Schuldt, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia) comes for a visit with Lena and her parents, Lena aims to get an apology for an offensive name he called her mother years ago. Meanwhile, Cole invites Callie, Jude and Connor to an LGBTQ prom.

Cole invites Jude and Connor to an LGBTQ prom that he is organising and Connor is ecstatic about it. Connor wants to be around people who are like him, but Jude on the other hand is sceptical of attending an event like this.

Meanwhile, Hayden Byerly who plays Jude on the hit ABC family drama, spoke about filming for the LGBTQ prom, which will air tonight.

Byerly told the website Rickey: "Yeah, it was actually very fun and very funny! It's supposed to be a lot of gay, bisexual and transgender kids, and the majority of them were dressed in very fun, quirky outfits. And there were very random, certain things that made me laugh.

"It was very cool, and it was fun and light, for some parts. So it was an interesting experience to see how The Fosters put together this prom," he added.

"I think that there may be more beyond that in the future. I'm not exactly sure if Jude is someone who is necessarily super-excited to go to a bunch of LGBT events. But, in the near future, we might see a little bit more of that," Byerly concluded.
