The world's largest trade fair for mobile phones, GSMA's Mobile World Congress (MWC), 2012, which went on for four days starting from 27 February, is now over. According to IT News Online, more than 67,000 visitors from 205 countries attended the event.

in addition, several mobile vendors from different corners of the world were also present and more than 1,500 companies exhibited their products.

A number of smartphones and tablets were launched and, in a special ceremony at the MWC, developers and manufacturers were awarded for creative and innovative products.
