Former ring announcer Justin Roberts has accused Triple H of "burying talent" and said that the WWE superstar was "probably the most insecure person" in the entertainment company.

Speaking on the Two Man Power Trip of Wrestling podcast, Roberts, who worked with the WWE from 2002 to 2014 said that Triple H has always been that guy who does everything in his power to "put everybody else down".

Roberts said that before a fight with The Undertaker at WrestleMania, the company's current executive vice president of Talent, Live Events, & Creative entered the locker room and admitted that there was no one wrestler at his level besides the Deadman.

"There are a couple of things that come to mind that I write about in the book. When he was going to be wrestling The Undertaker at WrestleMania he basically said he went into the locker room and he looked around and there was nobody for him and nobody at his level besides The Undertaker. So here is a guy in charge of building talent saying that no talent is up to his level and that is why he got to fight the Undertaker at WrestleMania again," Roberts said as transcribed by Sportskeeda.

The former ring announcer revealed another incident that saw Triple H feed on his ego. He said that the wrestler walked in the ring where other stars were present and proclaimed how he could have a better fight with a "broomstick".

"At the same time when they did that storyline with the roster walking out on the company and he basically came in the ring and said how everybody is outside but he could have a better match with a broomstick than most of the guys anyway." Roberts added, "[Triple H] constantly needs people around him telling him how great his ideas are and laughing at his jokes and he buries talent."
