Seattle Seahawks safety Nick Emmanwori is preparing for the biggest match of his life this weekend. He is set to play in his first-ever Super Bowl and has the support of his entire family, especially his mother, Justina Emmanwori.

Ahead of Sunday's match, there were concerns that Nick would be unable to play in the Super Bowl following an injury. However, reports from last Friday revealed that he had already returned to practice and was recovering well following the injury.

Hilarious Super Bowl Comments

Just hours before the match, he is making headlines for an entirely different reason. His mother captured the spotlight from him following the comments that she made about the Super Bowl.

A reporter asked Justina for her thoughts on the Super Bowl and she stated she had no idea that it was as significant as it is. She only realised how substantial the Super Bowl was after her friends told her that obtaining a ticket to the match is extremely difficult. Justina told the reporter that she was fortunate to be able to watch the Super Bowl because of her son. She also said that she would simply be there to cheer Nick on.

Justina's comments transformed her into an overnight sensation because fans easily related to her. Some fans are now clamouring for T-shirts to be made with Justina's hilarious statements printed on them. Others are praising her for being such a tremendous support system to her 22-year-old son.

Justina Emmanwori Dotes on Son Nick

During her interview, Justina had nothing but wonderful things to say about her youngest son, Nick. She described the Seattle Seahawks athlete as a strong man for tackling multiple other players on the field.

Like any other mother, Justina had initial concerns about her son playing football. Amongst her five boys, two of them became professional football players. She revealed that it was her other son, Okachi, who convinced her to allow Nick to follow in his footsteps.

A happy and confident Justina believes in Nick's abilities so profoundly that she proudly declared that any team would not lose as long as Nick is playing for them.

Who Is Nick Emmanwori's Older Brother, Okachi?

In the same interview, Okachi revealed that he was the one who taught Nick how to play football. As children, they used to play the sport in the streets. Eventually, Okachi noticed that his youngest brother did not merely have the passion for the sport but also the physique to become a professional.

Like their mother, Okachi is also extremely proud of Nick. He said that he always knew that Nick was destined to accomplish significant things.

Nick's family originates from Nigeria, but they relocated to the United States subsequently. Nick was born in South Carolina in 2004.
