It now seems that Harry Redknapp is ready to throw his hat in the ring to capture Llorente but only after he has moved on Robbie Keane and Peter Crouch.

Roma sports director Walter Sabatani has now suggested that Roma will sell within Serie A with a part exchange deal with Juventus looking the deal now on the table. "Claudio (Marchisio) would be the only one from Juve we'd be willing to take," he told Corriere dello Sport.

The Mirror claims that Aston Villa is ready to make an offer for Tottenham right back Alan Hutton. After securing the services of Charles N'Zogbia yesterday, Alex McLeish is now ready to turn his attention to the defensive area of his side as he looks to improve Aston Villa's fortunes. It is believed that Spurs would allow the Scotland defender to leave the club for around £3m and Hutton is said to be keen to link up with his former Rangers manager.
