Lizzy Jagger has become the latest celebrity to pose nude with a fish to highlight the growing risk to marine life from overfishing.

The 28-year-old model, whose father is legendary rocker Mick Jagger, mounts a tuna in her birthday suit in the latest FishLove campaign.

In the image, taken by acclaimed fashion photographer Rankin, Jagger strokes the head of the tuna while her long brunette locks flow down her bare back.

The photographic conservation project, developed by Broken Trail actress Greta Scacchi in 2009, features snaps of a host of stars including Richard E Grant, Lenny Henry and Emilia Fox posing with sealife.

Speaking about the cause, 52-year-old Scacchi said: "Fish stocks are at a critical level. This could not only see fish wiped out but could have a devastating impact on the climate.

"There is a real chance of turning things around and celebrities are great way of raising awareness."

Jagger was posed with a yellowfin tuna, which has been classified as near-threatened by the International Union for Conservation of Nature. The fish in the pictures were donated by Waitrose and caught sustainably.

All the images will go to exhibition at Pertwee, Anderson & Gold gallery in Bateman Street, Soho, from 25 October to coincide with an EU summit on fishing quotas.
