Singer Sean Kingston is being reportedly sued by a fan who alleges that she was raped by the star in 2010.

Carissa Capeloto - now 22 - claims she was forced to have sex with the Beautiful Girls hitmaker, his bodyguard and a member of his band at a Seattle hotel after she was invited to Kingston's hotel room for a meet-and-greet.

In court documents obtained by celebrity site TMZ, Capeloto states that when she arrived at the hotel, Kingston was waiting for her naked on his bed.

She claims that the three men were aware that she had smoked pot and downed 7-10 shots but preceded to gang rape her while she was "obviously intoxicated, incapable of consent."

According to the lawsuit, the assault only stopped when her friend entered the room and rescued her. The police were called and Capeloto was taken to the hospital where she says she was treated for physical injuries consistent with rape.

Capeloto says her life has been ruined by the alleged attack and she now suffers from sleepless nights, mood swings and panic attacks as a result.

She is reportedly seeking $5m in damages.

In 2010, criminal charges were dropped without action after investigators concluded that Capeloto was not credible enough to pursue the matter.

Kingston, born Kisean Anderson, has always denied the rape allegations and filed legal documents insisting the sex was 100% consensual.

The trial is scheduled for November.
