In a move that will give the power couple even more exposure, Beyonce and Jay Z have revealed their On The Run tour will be shown on HBO.

The married couple will be performing more than 40 songs in their first concert for the cable network.

HBO will record the stars 12 and 13 September performances in Paris, the only non-US stop on their On the Run tour, with programming boss Michael Lombardo promising "a night to remember".

"It's the absolute best way that two of the world's best performers can deliver a show that proves why they are on top together," he said.

The duo have previously worked with HBO on Beyonce's Life is But a Dream documentary and Jay Z's Picasso Baby: A Performance Art Film.

The 17-time Grammy winner is also appearing on the network's Beyonce: X10, a ten-episode series featuring two-minute clips from her concert performances.

Although the couple have already recorded together, this will be the first time the pair have toured with each other.
