Fans of talk show "Saturday Night Live" were treated to a show hosted by "The Vow" star Channing Tatum. Folk music band Bon Iver was the guest band for the show.

Tatum, 31, said he was delighted to be on stage and joked about his first job - as a stripper in the entertainment industry - a job he said he held for a year, before starting out in Hollywood. He even joked about some people in the audience being his past customers.

He then entertained the crowd with his boyish charm and even danced on stage...a few hip thrusts followed by him ripping his shirt off to allow the female members of the audience a few thrills. Tatum even explained he was hosting the show so he could pay for nursing school and welcomed tips.

The star of the forthcoming film "G.I. Joe: Retaliation", who is married to "Step Up" co-star Jenna Dewan, also admitted to leaving little love notes for his wife, to keep their romance going.

"I see caring for somebody as a creative outlet, like drawing little faces and writing little stories and hiding them in places," Tatum was quoted as saying by People magazine.

"I'm a practical joker. My favorite one is putting one under the toilet seat. She always wakes up before I do, so I enjoy the surprise of 'Haha! I got you!" he added.

The couple, who met on the sets of "Step Up" in 2006, was officially engaged in September, 2008. The two married on July 11, 2009, in Malibu, California.
