Geri Halliwell has reportedly blown her chance to be a full-time judge on the X Factor after she failed to gel with the other three judges.
The 39-year-old former Spice Girl, who replaced Kelly Rowland on the talent shows judging panel, is said to have left show bosses disappointed during her guest stint in Liverpool last week.
A show insider told The Sun: "Geri had a lot of energy and tried her hardest to make an impression.
"But you need chemistry with the other judges in spades if you are going to join the panel full time."
According to reports, fellow judges Gary Barlow, Louis Walsh and Tulisa Contostavlos have all said that they would like to see Sharon Osbourne return to the show.
Meanwhile, this week pop star Rita Ora impressed when she made her debut as a judge at the London auditions.
Despite audience members saying that she seemed awkward and nervous at times she appeared to instantly strike a bond with Contostavlos.
The former N Dubz star said: "She's great for the panel. Despite just breaking into the commercial scene, she's been in the industry for years and knows what she is talking about."
