There is some exciting news for GTA 5 gamers, as renowned YouTuber DomisLive (aka Dom) shares some interesting titbits about the forthcoming Casino DLC and the five new mini games making their way into GTA Online with the High Roller update.
This info has been leaked by prolific GTA 5 tipster Funmw2, who recently tweeted that Rockstar will be releasing four new mini-games including Blackjack, Poker, Roulette and Slot games as part of the Casino DLC.
Funmw2's tweet adds much credence to earlier leaks pertaining to Casino DLC, including the leak from 1.14 game files for GTA Online. As Dom points out from the earlier leak, the Casino DLC is likely to receive the Lottery system as well.
With the Heists DLC being closely linked to the gameplay elements of Casino DLC as in the case of the highly-rumoured Casino Heists, we might expect the latter to be much more entertaining than the former.
All these mini-games could actually become a game changer in GTA 5, as avid gamers would love to spend some quality time in the game once they are done with the lucrative Heist missions in GTA Online.
In related news, the YouTuber talks about Rockstar's impending maintenance update scheduled for 23 March from 9:00am to 11:30am Pacific Standard Time (PST) or 12:00pm to 2:30pm EST, wherein the game maker plans to deploy a series of backend improvements to the network during this period (roughly two and a half hours).
Meanwhile, PS4 users are advised to sign into the network prior to maintenance in order to maintain the server connection even after the live servers are temporarily shut down, as the game runs through the backup servers at the time.
Rockstar has further clarified in its latest announcement that most games will be playable during this time if the gamers have signed into their servers before the shutdown happens, while access to partner apps such as Netflix will also be available during this time.
