The Indian Premiere League (IPL) is famous for providing the perfect blend of cricket and entertainment (read Bollywood). The new season will be no different as proved yesterday by Ranbir Kapoor who became the new addition of Bollywood stars associated with IPL.

However, neither is Ranbir Kapoor planning to buy a team in the latest season of IPL nor does the actor want to be a co-owner of one of the existing teams. The Barfi actor was simply there to represent the aerated drink brand, Pepsi that he endorses, which also happens to be one of the main sponsor for this event, reports Bollywood Life.

Kapoor's presence at the IPL auction added to the glamour quotient at the scene. He joined the league of other major stars including Shahrukh Khan, Juhi Chawla, Shilpa Shetty and Preity Zinta who have made their presence felt at these high profile auctions.

Co-owner of Kings XI Punjab, Zinta and owner of Royal Challengers Bangalore, Vijay Mallya posed with the young star who was at his wackiest best. The Kapoor lad rode a bicycle, indulged in some crazy antics acts for the cameras and even pulled a 'Besharam' act there pretending to steal the IPL 7 trophy.

While Pepsi's ex-ambassador Shahrukh Khan didn't strike a pose with Kapoor, co-owner of Kolkata Knight Riders Juhi Chawla was spotted sharing a warm hug with the young actor. Cricketing legend Rahul 'The Wall' Dravid also posed with the Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani star.
