Singer/songwriter Kelly Clarkson has shared two adorable photos of her new-born son, Remington Alexander Blackstock. The artist posted one photo of Remington being held by her Brandon Blackstock on Twitter, while in the second one, the Heartbeat Song singer is seen kissing the baby on his head.

The American Idol winner and her husband welcomed Remington, their second child on 12 April. "Meet Remy, our newest edition to the family!" Clarkson captioned the picture with the hashtag "#charmfordays #watchoutladies.

The songstress has revealed that she was pregnant with her second child while performing at the Staples Center in Los Angeles sometime back.

"This is not how I wanted to announce [that I'm pregnant]. My makeup artist is backstage hating me," she said, according to E! Online. "I didn't want you to think I'm on pills or something," she added.

"I would like to apologize to my husband. This was not planned. I'm just so hormonal. Everything is great, I haven't vomited yet. That's a win y'all," she joked.

Clarkson and Blackstock got engaged in 2012 and tied the knot in October 2013. The couple have a 22-month-old daughter named River Rose. The singer is also the stepmother to Blackstock's two children, Savannah and Seth, from his previous marriage.

"I have the coolest kids, most helpful/loving family, & it would b impossible 4me 2b happier," she had previously tweeted. "I'm filled w/love. I want everyone 2 have this!"

During a recent interview with Ryan Seacrest, Clarkson praised her husband. "He's such a great father. He's in the room right now going 'Yeah, I am'" she said.

"I used to be such a downward Debbie when people use to say, 'Oh you haven't found the right one.' Shut up! It was like a fairy tale."

"Watching my husband love on his daughter all the time you know, go to her events and just be there and like be present is like hard to watch but beautiful to watch. I know that my kids are going to have that. Y'all are totally going to make me cry on this interview. I'm so glad you can't see me," she stressed.
