American reality television star Kylie Jenner is allegedly engaged to rumoured boyfriend Tyga.

According to In Touch magazine, the 25-year-old rapper and the 17-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star are planning to get married on her 18th birthday on 10 August.

"Kylie accepted Tyga's proposal a few weeks ago and made the announcement to her family," a source said. "She wants to get married as soon as she turns 18 in August."

"She told her friends that Tyga gave her a 'symbolic ring' for now and she isn't showing anyone until her birthday, when she'll make an official announcement… They're tired of hiding," the insider added.

Rumours that Tyga and Kylie are dating started after they were spotted at Kabuki Japanese Restaurant in Los Angeles' Woodland Hills area, last year in October.

It was previously reported that the Kardashian clan are no longer keen on the relationship, as they believe that Tyga is a bad influence.

Meanwhile, during an appearance on KIIS FM's On Air with Ryan Seacrest, Kris revealed that Kylie is currently single.

"Kylie isn't dating anybody. This whole little group of kids who have been around forever, and I call them kids because, relatively speaking, they kind of all travel as a pack and they enjoy each other's company," she shared. "We all live in the same neighborhood. [Tyga] used to live across the street for a long time, and now he lives next door to Khloe."
