Rihanna will be coming to a city near you soon enough as the singer's Anti world tour is finally in full swing. After a four-year absence, the Work singer has returned to the stage to support her chart-topping eighth studio album Anti.

After tour plans suffered a two-week delay, Rihanna opened the 71-date gig at the Jacksonville Arena in Florida on 12 March and received a warm welcome with the sold-out show entertaining around 17,000 fans. Spanning just under 90 minutes, the 28-year-old ran through her biggest hits past and present while she received support from rapper Travis Scott who will open for RiRi at her North American shows.

As Rihanna prepares for her third show at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida on 15 March, IBTimes UK teases out what ticket-holders can expect from the remainder of the shows.

Stage design

It seems the delay over "production issues" may have been valid as Rihanna is pulling out all the stops on Anti. At the Jacksonville show, she opened the concert from the back of the arena singing her ballad Stay, before travelling to the other end of what has been described as a "flying bridge". The stage also came equipped with a giant 10ft curtain which spouted foam 10ft into the air.

Remixes and collaborations

Aside from support act Travis Scott, RiRi is yet to bring out a surprise guest during her set but it is only a matter of time before her close friend and long-time collaborator Drake emerges to perform their latest hit Work. Until then, she will treat the audience to a Calvin Harris mash-up featuring their joint 2011 single We Found Love and the DJ's latest hit How Deep Is Your Love.
