Samsung's fifth generation Galaxy S smartphone is waiting for its market roll out from April 11 and now, rumours has it that the mini version of the smartphone is in work already.
An unknown Samsung device with model number SM-G870A has been leaked through Indian import site, Zauba. The device is for research and development purpose. Although, there is no official word so far, Galaxy Club claims the SM-G870 could be Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini [The SM-G870A is believed to be a carrier-specific variant].
As the listing indicates, the Galaxy S5 Mini's price ratio when compared to the Galaxy S5 is similar to that between the Galaxy S4 and the S4 Mini. Apart from the model number and pricing, the database does not reveal much details about the Galaxy S5 Mini.
Samsung has been rumoured to be launching Galaxy S5 Mini and Galaxy S5 Zoom following the launch of Galaxy S5. An official unveiling for Galaxy S5 Mini is expected to take place sometime in June whereas for the Galaxy S5 Zoom, it is in May, reports Sammobile.
As for features, both Galaxy S5 Mini and Galaxy S5 Zoom are expected to have Super AMOLED display and run on Android 4.4 KitKat out of box.
