The Saturdays star Una Foden has insisted that there is no truth in reports the girl group have split.

Speaking to IBTimes UK's A-list at the European premiere of Magic Mike XXL, the 33-year-old singer said that although she, Mollie King, Vanessa White, Rochelle Humes and Frankie Bridge were working on solo projects, they were "100% not splitting up".

"We are just taking a little break. We have been together for eight years now and we just want to take some time to just focus on different things. We are coming back together in the near future to do some work together. We are just taking some time out -- that's all," she explained.

In May, the Mirror reported that the flame-haired Irish star was the closest to securing a solo record deal thanks to her effortless acoustic sound, but she says that she isn't quite ready to strike out on her own.

"I've been in the studio quit a lot actually, I have been writing a lot and one day I definitely want to do my own record," she said. "It's all kind of my own music."

Foden was joined at the premiere for the sequel to the 2012 stripper comedy by her rugby player husband Ben as they stepped out to celebrate their three -year anniversary.

For the event held at London's Leicester Square, the mother-of-two choose a fitted white dress that showed off her curves and silver heels. She completed the look with bold red lipstick.

The couple rubbed shoulders with the main stars of the film, including: Joe Manganiello, Adam Rodriguez, Jada Pinkett Smith, Channing Tatum, Amber Heard and Matt Bomer.
