The 11th annual Sculpture By the Sea exhibition has opened on Cottesloe Beach in Perth, western Australia.

Works by more than 70 artists from Australia and across the world have transformed Perth's most popular beach into a sculpture park overlooking the Indian Ocean. The free 18-day event runs until 23 March.
