A surprise performance for Sport Relief saw Kylie Minogue reunited with Jason Donovan for a performance of their hit song Especially for You.

It's the first time the Neighbours co-stars have performed the track together in 27 years, however in the spirit of Sport Relief it was with a slight difference.

Show host and funny man David Walliams joined The Voice coach for the performance, recreating all the same moves and the look synonymous with Donovan, down to the blonde hair and a perfect set of teeth.

However, an even bigger surprise came with the arrival of Jason Donovan himself.

The star crooned the famous lyrics, but this time comically turning his attentions to Walliams over his former girlfriend, a deflated Minogue.

This year's Sport Relief has seen some of the biggest personalities from British TV and music lending their support to the fundraising efforts which provide necessary aid to poverty stricken communities overseas and in the UK.

The show also saw the official launch of the Official World Cup song, a cover of Take That's Greatest Day of Our Life, featuring legendary names in British football including Geoff Hurst, Gary Linekar and David Seaman, supported by singing talents including former Spice Girls Emma Bunton, Mel B, Pixie Lott and Girls Aloud singer Kimberly Walsh.

The One Show's Alex Jones completed a gruelling rock face challenge for Sport Relief, a three day ordeal in which scaled the giant heights of a rock in Utah, raising over £1 million for the charity.

Radio 2 host Jo Whiley completed a 'life-affirming' 26-hour treadmill challenge, which ended with a £260,000 boost from supporters Coldplay.

Speaking about the experience she said: "I have loved my challenge - it has had some highs and lows but has truly been one of the most amazing experiences ever, but everything was worth it for Sport Relief. I am blown away by Coldplay's generosity and it has made this challenge all the more sweeter," she added.

The band also performed a track at their concert dedicating it to Sports Relief.
