Capcom gave a preview of the upcoming additions to SF5 fans in Japan and posted on its blog for its global fans. The story mode goes deeper into understanding every player in the game. As detailed in the Capcom blog, the game has three modes: survival, challenge and story, with levels and sub-modes. Survival has four course levels namely easy, normal, hard, and hell for each of the 16 characters. Completion of every course unlocks new colour schemes and titles. In the survival mode, players can carry over the health and EX Gauge between each match against the CPU. "You are able to earn points with each victory, which can in turn be used to purchase special power-ups, such as health or attack or defence to help you last longer," explains the blog post.
