Former lovers Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have revealed that they will attend the Toronto International Film Festival this year, but fans hoping for a reunion could be disappointed.

Pattinson's Maps to the Stars and Stewart's Still Alice will be screened at the festival in Canada and there's been much speculation about the Twilight stars bumping into each other.

The two managed to avoid a face-to-face meeting at last year's festival and are likely to keep their distance this year too.

One insider told CelebDirtyLaundry.com that "they will avoid each other like the plague" and will concentrate on their promotional duties instead, adding that the stars are under the impression that the whole world is "obsessed with seeing them together".

It is thought that Pattinson and Stewart have decided to schedule their film premieres a few days apart and will skip parties to avoid running into each other.

Rather than setting off any rumours, the former Hollywood couple seem to have decided that the focus should be solely on their new films.

Pattinson recently talked about Stewart having an affair with 43-year-old director Rupert Sanders while she was in a relationship with her Twilight co-star.

The actor told Esquire: "S**t happens, you know? It's just young people... It's normal! And honestly, who gives a s**t?"
