Hollywood actress Uma Thurman has given birth to her third child.

According to Us Weekly magazine, the Kill Bill star welcomed her first child with financier Arpad Busson to the world on Sunday.

The couple, who began dating in 2007 but separated briefly in 2009, both have children from previous relationships.

Thurman, 42, is already mother to Maya, 13, and 10 year old Levon - from her marriage to Ethan Hawke.

While Busson has two children - Arpad Flynn Alexander, 14, and Aurelius Cy Andrea, nine, with former girlfriend Australian supermodel Elle Macpherson.

No further details have been made available.
