Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom celebrated the birthday of the Roar hit-maker's long time friend Markus Molinari in France during their trip to the Cannes Film Festival. Molinari is a jewellery designer and owner of Bootsy Bellows club.
Molinari shared a video of the celebration on Instragram on 20 May, wherein The Lord Of The Rings actor and the 31-year-old singer can be seen singing "Happy Birthday" along with a few friends. Bloom in the video is wearing just his swimming trunks, while Perry sports a black bikini.
Molinari captioned the video: "When [your] bassst Fran gives you the best birthday ever #blessed @katyperry you are my legs ! forever." The birthday celebration took place outdoors at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc."
On 19 May, Perry and Bloom attended amfAR's 23rd Cinema Against AIDS Gala at the same hotel, but the two kept maintained some distance from each other. They were pictured seated at different tables but close enough for their eyes to meet. "Perry seemed opposed to taking pictures with her beau, although the duo chatted while eating their meals at adjacent tables," Us Weekly reported. The singer also performed at the event.
The same day, Perry and the 39-year-old actor made their relationship official on Instagram after the singer shared a photo of them together, which sees them sprawled out on the steps of a hotel. She has captioned the photo: "We cannes't."
Perry and Bloom have never shied away from showing their affection for each other. The two were spotted kissing on Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich's yacht in Antibes, France, on 16 May. They were also spotted getting cozy during a boat ride with Kate Hudson and Kate Moss.
Perry and Bloom sparked romance rumours after they were photographed together at the 2016 Golden Globes after-party in January.
